Regardless of where you live, you can register with NRLL, however, there may be a league closer to you.  Kiwanis National Little League is essentially all of South Regina.  

Registering in the correct league entitles you to All Star eligibility.  If you live north of Dewdney Avenue between the West city limits and Lewvan Drive or North of 4th Avenue / Ross Avenue between Lewvan Drive and the East city limits, you are eligible for the NRLL All Star program.
