For those that would like to extend the ball
season North Regina Little League offers an All Star Season for Minor, Major &
Junior divisions starting at the end of June. Competitive teams are chosen from
league players who try out. Each team will play an exhibition schedule with
frequent practice sessions to prepare for the Saskatchewan Provincial
Championship. Winning teams advance to the Prairie Championship tournament and
then to the Canadian Championship tournament. Ultimately, a winning team
representing Canada is invited to the Little League World Series.
If you are interested in trying out for an All
Star team your coach will provide you with more details around the beginning of
June. The sign up sheets for the All Star tryouts will be located in the
Clubhouse at Kinsmen Park.

Prairie Division Tournaments
Each District may enter 1 team in a Prairie Championship excluding the Host
Team.
Little League Alberta AA Championships
The AA Championships are invitational tournaments designated for teams that did
not participate at the regular level
in the Minor, Major or Junior divisions during tournament play. For example, a
league that has entered two teams in a
division, one designated as their regular team and the other as their AA team,
could enter the AA team in the AA
Championship provided they did not participate in a Prairie Division
Championship
2008 Showcase Tournaments of Excellence
All teams from all Baseball programs in Canada and USA are welcome to
participate.
Age requirements are as per the Little League Age Rules. Teams are advised that
all games will be played by Little League Rules and Regulations.
